Online — Dharma Sunday (8/21): The Architecture of Bodhicitta
With Lama Bryn Dawson
August 21, 2022
Live Online!
10:00 am – 12:00 pm ET
At any given moment we are aware of just a sliver of the pulsing life that is forming and departing within and around us. Our biological architecture is deeply connected to this implicit unfolding. Yet, over the course of our development and survival, we adapt a much needed capacity to wall off or tune out much of reality. Bodhi calls our attention back to the mind of creation and invites us back into relationship with the larger body that we share. One of the many gifts of the vajrayana is the practice of mandala consciousness. Lama Bryn will offer a guided meditation and contemplation on this practice. The teaching will include key facets to consider when employing active meditation techniques on and off the cushion.
Dharma Sundays with Natural Dharma Fellowship are now taking place most Sundays. These sessions, led by highly trained NDF Dharma and guest teachers, include guided meditation, teachings, and time for discussions. A wide range of topics are offered at the discretion of the teacher. On one Sunday per month, we are offering our year-long Dharma Dialogues program during this same time slot. Please join us for both the Dharma Sunday programs and for the Dharma Dialogues (details and registration here).
