I agree to release, waive and hold harmless Natural Dharma Fellowship (“NDF”) and its successors and assigns from any and all liability for any loss, claims, damage, demand, and attorney’s fees due to injury to myself or my property of whatever kind and nature, arising directly or indirectly, which arise or may hereafter arise, from my participating in activities with NDF.
I understand and agree that while participating in activities with NDF, I must strictly adhere to the following five (5) precepts: (1) refrain from lying or gossiping; (2) refrain from taking anything that is not freely given; (3) refrain from any form of sexual misconduct; (4) refrain from causing harm to others, and (5) refrain from using drugs or alcohol. Violation of these precepts may result in dismissal from participation in activities, in NDF’s sole discretion. If you are experiencing difficulties or feel at risk of breaking any of these guidelines, please reach out to a teacher or retreat manager.

I give permission to NDF to photograph, videotape and audio record me. I further permit NDF to use such photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of me or my likeness or voice for publicity purposes, unless written notice is received by me and given to NDF to the contrary. I agree not to publish or share any photographs, video or audio recordings of other individuals nor use NDF’s logo or any affiliated names, marks or branding without express permission.
