Please join us for this special session of Wednesdays@Wonderwell, as Lama Willa Blythe Baker will be with us in person in the meditation hall at Wonderwell. There will be a guided meditation, short talk, and time for discussion. All are welcome, no registration needed, donations welcomed.
Wednesdays @ Wonderwell: Meditation in person at Wonderwell Mountain Refuge. Sessions with NDF Teachers (a guided meditation, Dharma talk, Q&A) alternate with peer-led sessions (45 minutes lightly-guided meditation, followed by conversation and connection).
We usually meet in the Meditation Hall at Wonderwell. If there is a residential retreat taking place at Wonderwell, we meet at the Farmhouse (365 Philbrick Hill Road, the yellow house on the property just north of Wonderwell on the left).
