Open to everyone! Please join Natural Dharma Fellowship’s community for inspiration and practice. These interactive sessions include guided meditation, a Dharma talk, and time for discussion. Guidance is generously offered by NDF’s Meditation teachers and Mitras, as well as visiting teachers. We gather together to end the day in connection with the kind presence of sangha.

This ONE-TIME registration provides a Zoom meeting link to access the weekly sessions for the rest of the year. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting your registration. You only need to register once, so be sure to put the Zoom meeting link on your calendar or in a safe place where you’ll be able to find it each week.

If you lose your Zoom meeting link, you may register again to receive it by email, but we’d appreciate the note “duplicate registration” in the comment box.
