This week-long retreat will focus on transformative practices that allow us to directly access the love and wisdom that are the very fabric of our deepest nature. Teachings and practices will enable participants to deepen in their experience of their innate, awakened capacity. In particular, the retreat will focus on exploring ways to become receptive to the unconditioned openness, love, compassion and wisdom of our deepest nature through participating in a field of unconditional love for self and others. Because parts of us may unconsciously prevent us from opening fully to our innate qualities of awakening, we will learn how to access the naturally compassionate and healing powers of our own nature to relax, restore, and re-awaken those parts to their innate wholeness. As a result, our Buddha-nature can increasingly manifest of itself, unfolding the powers of wise discernment and loving responsiveness in action.

The retreat includes meditation sessions, teachings, yoga, and time for rest and reflection. Please bring clothing suitable for movement. Full attendance only. This retreat will be in Noble Silence.

While this retreat is open to all persons, priority registration will be given to participants of the Natural Dharma Fellowship’s Margha Program.

Wonderwell Mountain Refuge strives to offer retreats in a manner that is non-cost prohibitive and inclusive to persons of all means. If the full retreat cost would create an undue financial burden, we encourage persons to apply for scholarship and work-study. Whether one needs to request aid to defer a large or small portion of the cost of a retreat so as not to incur a financial burden, we strive to accommodate you. This link will take you to information about our work-study and scholarship possibilities. Depending on the type of work that you do, you may be eligible for a Hemera Contemplative Fellowship.
