How do we relate to our bodies? How do our bodies move through Life?
Through yin-yang yoga and other movement practices, meditation and social silence we learn to open and deepen to the possibility that compassion is naturally present in our bodies and that we can meet the body with kindness, just as it is, in its ever-changing forms.
Yin yoga is a deep, quiet and passive practice while the yang style is gently flowing with a slow and therapeutic approach. Shake Your Soul® is a playful dance-based program. Teachings from various traditions and sources along with mindfulness activities, journaling and meditation will enhance the movement practices, while the silence provides a powerful and transformative container.
The price of this retreat is all inclusive: room, meals, teachings, teacher fee, yoga & dance supplies and retreat materials. No teacher dana is necessary.
