We invite you to join Lama Liz and Lama Gursam at Wonderwell or online via Zoom to experience the present, fresh wakefulness, of our intrinsic buddha nature through meditation, teachings, and contemplation, drawing on the profound teachings of Mahamudra.
This retreat focuses on the Mahamudra techniques of Vipashyana – practices designed to enhance our capacity to experience reality directly and completely, beyond the veils of misunderstanding and conceptuality that usually mediate our experience.
