Live online — We are delighted to welcome Acharya Lama Gursam back to Wonderwell NDF to share his insight into the teachings of the Seven Points of Mind Training, composed by Geshe Chekawa Yeshe Dorje, based on the root teachings of the Bengali master, Atisha.
Lama Gursam will lead us through an exploration of how these seven points elucidate the essence of the Dharma path. He will show us to draw on the deep well of our own awakened essence of compassion and wisdom through such practices as exchanging self for other, Lojong, and other methods of developing the brilliant mind of awakening that can genuinely offer loving kindness and support for all beings. In addition, we will consider how these important instructions can be applied on the spot to whatever situations of suffering or distress we may encounter.
