Program Participation Agreement and Release *	I agree to these terms and conditions. PLEASE use the View command on your computer to enlarge the type below so that you can easily read the agreement. Recordings by Natural Dharma Fellowship: At times NDF makes audio and video recordings of retreats for educational purposes or to promote participating in future programs. I hereby consent to being audio and video recorded during this online retreat, for example during Q&A sessions or any other time I am speaking online. I grant permission for these to be published or posted on Natural Dharma Fellowship’s websites. Social media postings and photos by other retreatants: NDF recognizes that a portion of its guests may wish to photograph, video, and audio record aspects of their program experience to post on various social media sites. In order to protect the privacy of others, NDF requires that all guests agree not to post or publish any images, video, or audio recordings of other individuals, or make use of the Natural Dharma Fellowship or Wonderwell name or logo, without express permission. I understand that I am solely responsible and potentially liable for any harm or damages caused by my online activity relating to Natural Dharma Fellowship or Wonderwell Mountain Refuge. Release of Liability: After being informed of the above risks and responsibilities, I generally release Wonderwell Mountain Refuge and Natural Dharma Fellowship, its teachers, instructors, agents and other representatives, from all claims, causes of action, medical expenses, and other costs related to my guest participation, whether online, or from my later use of information or instruction at home.
