Join Rupert and Kerstin for an immersive residential retreat exploring the intersection of contemplative practice, the natural world, and our deep belonging to the Earth. Through meditation, nature-based practices, and shared inquiry, we will explore how the natural world can serve as both refuge and teacher, inviting us to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the wider web of life.
This retreat will be offered in person only at Wonderwell Mountain Refuge.
