Discover the path to your innate wisdom in the new year by immersing yourself in the profound path of Mahamudra.

This six-day retreat will focus on transformative practices that allow us to directly experience the love and wisdom that comprise the very fabric of our deepest nature. Through guided meditations and teachings, we will explore how to access and rest in innate original goodness and wisdom.

Please join us to:

  • Start the New Year in a sacred circle of spiritual friendship
  • Learn the nature and qualities of primordial awareness/wisdom (rigpa);
  • Practice techniques of tranquility meditation that function to tame, calm, and stabilize the mind, enabling us to rest at ease in our being;
  • Discover how to access original wisdom – a profound state of interbeing and wakefulness.
  • Explore embodied meditation and movement as sources of stability and ease

Throughout this retreat, we will emphasize how to integrate natural awareness meditation into ways of speaking, listening, moving and being that can help us to merge these practices with daily life. By joining primordial wisdom to our everyday activities, we can discover a bottomless source for resilience, effective action, and compassionate responsiveness to this troubled world.

Kim Albert will lead daily movement sessions. Retreatants will have the opportunity to share within small discussion groups throughout the time together.

Suitable for all levels.
