When you enter the check-in date, the check-out date will automatically adjust to the five-night minimum. If you would like to stay longer, please change the check out date. If all of the private rooms are marked "sold out" for those dates, please choose different dates until you find an open room. The price you will initially see under your accommodation choice is for the five-night minimum. If you are staying for additional nights, their price will be automatically added to the total.

Couples or friends may share a room if they wish. Please register only one person and then email register@naturaldharma.org to make arrangements for registering the second person.

Wonderwell's accommodations include a fully accessible ADA guest suite. Please e-mail register@naturaldharma.org to inquire about availability and instructions for registration.

The Vajra Suite is a spacious private bedroom with private deck and bath, furnished with a king bed. This accommodation also includes a separate meditation room with spectacular views of the mountains and a private kitchenette. Rooms are private, except for the dorm, but you will not have a choice between ensuite and hall bathrooms. Please email the registrar at retreat@wonderwellrefuge.org if you require an ensuite bathroom for medical reasons. Each bed comes with a pillow, a blanket, and a bedspread. In concern for energy and water conservation we ask guests to bring their own bed linens and bath towels. Most rooms have twin beds, but we'll let you know if the room you are in has a queen bed. Wonderwell does rent sheets and towels when it's necessary for those flying in for retreat - $10 for bed linens and $5 for a bath towel. Please select those add-ons during the registration process if you need it.

The women's dorm is on the second floor, has 6 twin beds and shares a hallway bathroom with a double sink, two privacy stalls and one shower. The Women's Dorm bathroom accommodates both men and women. Each dorm bed comes with a pillow, a blanket, and a bedspread. In concern for energy and water conservation we ask guests to bring their own twin bed linens and bath towels. Wonderwell does rent sheets and towels when it's necessary for those flying in for retreat - $10 for bed linens and $5 for a bath towel. Please select those add-ons during the registration process if you need it. Please note: when you sign up for dorm accommodations, you acknowledge the fact that you are sleeping in a room with many other people, who may snore or have other sleeping habits. Please come prepared for this. We have free foam ear plugs available, as well as fitted "snore-proof" silicon ear plugs for which we charge $2.

If you plan to participate in the Winter Meditation and commute from your home or selected lodging other than Wonderwell, you are considered a commuter. This price includes all meals.There are many places for you to relax within the building, during breaks. There is a living room on the first floor, 2 dining rooms on the first floor, a large outdoor covered porch extending from the large dining room, a couch on the second floor and a day bed in the hallway of the third floor. Do you have any problem stepping into a tub shower?	Yes No Several of our rooms have tub showers. While we cannot guarantee availability of rooms with step-in showers, if you have any problem stepping into a tub shower, we will do our best to place you accordingly.

Program Participation Agreement & Release *	I agree to these terms and conditionsWhile in retreat here at Wonderwell, we ask all guests to strictly adhere to the 5 precepts during a retreat program: 1) refraining from lying or gossiping, 2) refrain from taking what is not given, 3) no sexual misconduct, 4) not causing harm to others, and 5) no consumption of drugs or alcohol. Violation of these precepts will be grounds for dismissal. If you are having difficulties that may lead you in one of these directions, please contact a Teacher or the Retreat Manager. Need to Self-Monitor Food Allergies: I understand that I am responsible for knowing whether any ingredients to which I am allergic exist in any foods that are prepared by Wonderwell. If I am uncertain about the ingredients of these foods, I am responsible for obtaining that information from the cooks who have prepared or overseen the preparation of such food. Recordings, Photographs and Social Media: Retreats and other events at Wonderwell are frequently photographed, recorded, and broadcast online. I hereby consent to being included in any photographs, recordings and broadcasts that may occur, and I grant permission for these to be used by Wonderwell and Natural Dharma Fellowship for educational and promotional purposes. In order to protect the privacy of others, I agree not to publish any photographs, video or audio recordings of other individuals, or make use of the Wonderwell name or logo, without express permission.
