Online Dharma Sunday (10/16) – The Heart of Empathy

What does it mean to live a life illumined by deepest care for, and action on behalf of so-called others? And how can we cultivate , nourish, and sustain such qualities of heart? Empathy, for self and others, draws us into a life of communion with the life of all. In our gathering together in this Dharma Sunday, we will gently share together in this pilgrimage of the heart.

Dharma Sundays with Natural Dharma Fellowship are now taking place most Sundays. These sessions, led by highly trained NDF Dharma and guest teachers, include guided meditation, teachings, and time for discussions. A wide range of topics are offered at the discretion of the teacher. On one Sunday per month, we are offering our year-long Dharma Dialogues program during this same time slot.
