Liberation's Rainbow: Exploring the Wisdom Energy of the Five Buddha Families
With Lama Liz Monson

Sorry! Registration is closed.
In this four-day retreat, we will examine the ancient Tantric Buddhist system of the Five Buddha Families. The powerful view of our psycho-physical make-up described by this system explains how to harness and transform the five primary neurotic emotional energies we experience into expressions of wisdom and compassion. By facing into and exploring the different ways our habits and patterns of emotional reactivity arise, we discover how our particular emotional energetic make-up manifests and learn how to transmute these emotional energies from their neurotic manifestations into sane, awake, and communicative wisdom. We begin to see that we are each made up of all five of these energies, which in their clear manifestations represent the colors and textures of the fullness, beauty and power of the awakened state.
