With Lama Willa Blythe Baker
December 8, 2024
Live Online!
12:00 – 2:00 pm ET
Join Lama Willa and Natural Dharma Fellowship sangha for our weekly gathering to deepen in practice, reflect on the dharma and enjoy the warmth of community.

In this Dharma Sunday, we will explore the penetrating, restorative nature of darkness, and what darkness itself has to offer to a world bathed in artificial light. We will consider the role of darkness-practice in a Tibetan context, and the way darkness helps us learn to navigate and find ease with the unknown.
