Buddha Nature is the birthright of every sentient being—yet most of us don’t fully recognize it. What, then, obscures our deepest realization? In this workshop, we explore the inner blockages that stand between us and awakening, and how they can gently dissolve

Awakening is sometimes described as “remembering,” and some traditions speak of it as realizing our “original mind.” If enlightenment is already here, why don’t we recognize it? This workshop invites us to identify—and move beyond—the subtle veils that cloud our true nature.

This is a deeply experiential workshop. We will engage in a new methodology that integrates the wisdom of East and West, called Collective Interactive Meditation, to explore, discover, and awaken together.

Natural Dharma Fellowship’s Dharma Sundays are donation-based gatherings open to all, offering a wide range of topics. Led by highly trained NDF Dharma and guest teachers, these live, interactive sessions include guided meditation, teachings, and time for questions and discussion. Please join us to settle into the support of sangha and the joy of practicing together.
